Description :
Unlike other temples this temple facing east has a different plan, which consists of a garbhagraha, an antarala , pillared sabhamandapa and mukhamandapa . A small and square sanctum presently contains two pedestals. The door entrance is simple but attractive and shown with Vishnu riding Garuda on lalata flanked by seated figures of Brahma at the right and Mahesha at the left cardinal points, while standing Navagrahas are depicted in the recesses. The sanctum is preceded by a wide pillared sabhamandapa which is further preceded by a mukhamandapa flanked by a pillared chamber on either side.
