Description :
The temple dedicated to lord Siva was probably constructed in the earliest phase of temple architecture at Kadwaha . The temple is of mandapika style and consists of a garbhagraha and a pillared porch. The garbhagraha with plain ceiling contains only a yoni -pitha at the centre. Door frame of the temple is plain and composed of two sakhas i.e. patra sakha and puspa sakha with river goddesses at the pedyas. Lalata- bimba is shown with dancing Siva in crude form. The temple pertains a pyramidal sikhara very uncommon in North India.
